A coach who’s been there and knows how to help
I’m Marina—an English coach who has studied, lived, and worked internationally. Although my background is in Telecommunication Engineering, I’ve always had a passion for English and for sharing my knowledge with others. I used to study outside school hours and went to London a couple of summers for an immersive language experience.
That’s how my desire to learn turned into a wish to teach. I started by teaching private English lessons to children and helping students prepare for university entrance exams. Later, I returned to London several summers as a group leader, sharing with young learners the joy of traveling and being able to communicate across cultures.
Professionally, I spent 5 years living in Hampshire (UK) while working for an international company, followed by another 5 years traveling and collaborating on over 220 projects. I led meetings, presentations, and conferences with multilingual teams in more than 20 countries.
And guess what? As a non-native speaker working internationally, I faced—and overcame —the same fears many of my clients experience today. That’s why I created this English coaching online service: to give you the tools, personalized support, and confidence you need to perform at your best—without feeling alone in the process.

Crazy about traveling
I’ve been to all 5 continents and I never get tired of discovering remarkable places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures.
Traveling is addictive. I’ve even booked flights while stillI on another trip. Each trip gives you something unique and unexpected. I’ve visited over 30 countries and I’ve always came back a different person from every one of my trips.
Passionate about languages
English has allowed me to connect with people from many cultures and broaden my perspective. Communicating with people from several countries has opened doors to new experiences and ways of seeing the world—and that has enriched my life.
Speaking other languages is fascinating, I also speak Spanish, Italian and French. Talking to people using their expressions and ways of articulating, it’s an open door to a multitude of experiences.
Outdoor enthusiast
Strolling, hiking mountains, skiing and mountain biking are my favourite ways to recharge. As I work from home, practicing outdoor sports boost me with positive energy while giving me peace of mind—it brings me joy and helps me to reconnect with myself.
From hiking up peaks to feeling the freedom while skiing down snowy slope, for me, both on the mountain and in coaching, it’s about stepping outside your comfort zone and discovering what you’re capable of.

More than just a practice, Body Balance it’s a lifestyle that reminds me to slow down. I never thought that the balance and flexibility I was achieving when I started, would help me in my daily life.
